This policy explains what NWI Nest collects, why it is used, and which service providers may process information when you use the site.

NWI Nest is designed as a small, privacy-conscious informational site. We collect only the information reasonably needed to provide requested resources, receive messages, improve the site, and send updates to people who choose to subscribe.
Information you choose to provide
If you join the email list, submit a correction, contact the site or request a guide, we may collect information such as your email address, name, consent choice, source page and message content. Website form submissions are designed to be processed by Netlify Forms when the public site is deployed on Netlify.
Town Finder answers
The Town Finder can process the preferences you select in your browser to generate a recommendation. The preview version does not require your name or email to use the Town Finder.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is not enabled in this build yet. If it is enabled for the public site, this notice will be updated as needed and the site will use the analytics data to understand aggregate traffic and improve content. NWI Nest does not need advertising trackers to launch.
Signup language tells users they are subscribing to occasional NWI Nest town-guide and family-moving updates. A dedicated newsletter provider may be connected later; marketing emails should include a practical unsubscribe method, and that provider's privacy terms may also apply.
Sharing and selling
NWI Nest does not intend to sell personal information as a standalone product. Data should not be shared with unrelated parties except as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect the site, or as clearly disclosed.
Children
NWI Nest is written for adults making family decisions. It is not designed to collect personal information directly from children.
Data security
No website can promise perfect security. Production vendors should be chosen with reasonable security practices, and sensitive information should not be requested when it is unnecessary.
Changes
This notice may change as NWI Nest adds production services. The page should show its updated date so readers can tell when it was last revised.
Service providers
The launch stack is designed around Netlify for hosting and website forms. Google Analytics may be added after the site is live. This policy should be reviewed whenever a newsletter, advertising, analytics or other data-processing service is added.
